NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST IS OPEN TO ALL
LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (Excluding Puerto Rico)
ONE 20" Stereo Television WILL GIVEN TO ONLY ONE WINNER OF THE CONTEST
Participation in this contest constitutes full acceptance of all rules.
Entries and Prizes: One entry per household only. No purchase is
necessary to be entered into this contest. Winner allows the use of his
or her name, photo, and statements for future promotional use. Winner
must be 18 or over. The winning email will be picked at random.
All local, state, and federal taxes, fees and licenses are the winner's
responsibility.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes a release of DigitalGiftStore.com,
Inc., its agents and employees from all responsibility to the winner.
All entries must be submitted prior to 11:59pm on 12/31/2002. The drawing
will be held on 1/05/2003. All entries become the property of DigitalGiftStore.com
General Terms and Conditions: By entering this contest, each participant
agrees to these rules, and the decisions of the sponsor, DigitalGiftStore.com, will be final. DigitalGiftStore.com and its
employees, affiliates, contractors, and legal advisors are not
responsible for and shall not be held liable for: (1) late, lost,
misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete entries. (2) any equipment
malfunction, such as internet, network, server, telephone, etc. (3) any
injuries, loss, or damage caused or created as a result of the prize,
acceptance of the prize, or use of the prize. (4) any printing or
typographical errors in any material related in any way to this site.
DigitalGiftStore.com reserves the right to cancel this contest at
any time in the event of an uncontrollable computer virus or equipment
malfunction that may corrupt the proper play or administration of the
contest.
You must reply with shipping address with-in 14 days of the end of the
contest, or prize will be given to a runner up.
From time to time, DigitalGiftStore.com may send you e-mail about
products and services we offer.
Winner: The winner need not be present to win, and will be notified via
email within 15 days of the drawing. Odds are based on number of entries
received. To obtain a written notification of the winner, send a
